J. DuBose has been sculpting for the past
12 years. He is inspired by the American Indians and the spirit
of the West. He can often be found in a used bookstore poring
over books researching Native Americans and the old West.
The brief moment when he became a "blood
brother" to an Apache Indian and a trip to the Cowboy Artists
of America Museum in Kerrville, Texas were the beginnings of
his artistry to preserve the memory of Native Americans and the
American West. J.'s work is collected throughout the United States;
Mexico, Honduras and Europe. He is thankful for his God-given
talents and donates to charity annually.
